Requires an intermediate knowledge of Instructional Design
Sound knowledge of ID concepts.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Must have 3 -4 yrs of exp as a Content Developer, Instructional Designer.
Must be detail-oriented, quality-oriented, creative thinker and ability to meet tight deadlines
Should have worked with one or more of the leading education companies before which uses Instructional Designing extensively, Visualize Content and work with graphic designers in the development of Graphics, Animations etc.
Strong Technical Writing/Content Development Skills.
Proven experience in developing courseware, training materials
Review storyboards/final product to ensure translation of instructional intent in the final product
Create the course outline, based on the table of contents; Write clear & measurable learning objectives, Storyboards.
Creating relevant, engaging, and interactive content in the capacity of Instructional Designer.
Will be required to map content to objectives, validate content adequacy and/or create original content.
Clearly organize complex technical concepts and tasks into audience-appropriate training modules.
