Note: FSC selected will go through compulsory training program of 11 days with our select vendors. The fees for the training is 15000/-, out of which 10000/- is paid by the company and remaining 5000+tax would be paid by the candidate, which will be reimbursed in the first month's salary. Joining to happen within one week of the completion of the mentioned 11 days training program

The incumbents would be responsible for revenue generation for their respective sales territory. The incumbent will also be responsible for closures of leads, lead generation and managing relationship.

Generating leads from respective bank branches & fulfilling the leads.

Getting referrals from and writing proposals for bank customers.

Relationship Management with bank manager / staff

Follow up on high net-worth leads given by the bank staff.

Involvement in work site activities (putting up stalls and making presentations in corporates.

Prospecting in assigned areas & cold calling.

Closing sale and following up on issuance

Able to travel in north India

Experience in Sales & Marketing

Design of LT Panels

Good Experience in customer relationship

Proficient in Computer, should have knowledge of Word, Excel, Power-Point & Internet

Experience of Marketing will be appreciated.

Requires an intermediate knowledge of Instructional Design

Sound knowledge of ID concepts.

Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Must have 3 -4 yrs of exp as a Content Developer, Instructional Designer.

Must be detail-oriented, quality-oriented, creative thinker and ability to meet tight deadlines

Should have worked with one or more of the leading education companies before which uses Instructional Designing extensively, Visualize Content and work with graphic designers in the development of Graphics, Animations etc.

Strong Technical Writing/Content Development Skills.

Proven experience in developing courseware, training materials

Review storyboards/final product to ensure translation of instructional intent in the final product

Create the course outline, based on the table of contents; Write clear & measurable learning objectives, Storyboards.

Creating relevant, engaging, and interactive content in the capacity of Instructional Designer.

Will be required to map content to objectives, validate content adequacy and/or create original content.

Clearly organize complex technical concepts and tasks into audience-appropriate training modules.

Eng back ground preferred. Must have good command on ms excel, and ms office.

Will be responsible for the bill checking, purchase management and inventory/ store management.

Daily site inspection and reporting, ensuring all activities are as per specification and design

Keeping management informed through online updates and log updates. Assisting various teams to ensure that quality of construction is as per prescribed standards
